Milestone!

I could not let this day diminish without letting everyone know that 2 years ago today I got the news that changed my life forever. “Stage IV lung cancer” is not the diagnosis I expected. With that knowledge it felt like the end was extremely near.  As time passed I started to recognize what was really happening to me. I recognized the fact that my journey is a living, breathing, walking(riding) testimony. The only way I’ve made it through to this day is because of my faith. My life is different now. I have joy. God has been guiding me through this journey. Along the way I’ve made friends with some great people. To the staff of MSK I give my love. Without these caring Doctors, Nurses and staff, this journey of mine would much more difficult. Their smiles, professionalism and dedication are worthy of applause! Also to my FB friends and family, the prayers and comments I receive over time are greatly appreciated. And not to forget my immediate family, who travel with me on this path! I would not trade how I now live life for anything! Peace and blessings!
