There are times when I feel like I have nothing new to blog about. But what I have to remember is that I am still here! It’s not that I’m taking my life for granted, on the contrary, each and every breath I take is filled with happiness and gratitude! It’s just that I don’t want to sound like a broken record. So forgive me if I sound as such. I started this endeavor in an effort to help me cope with being diagnosed with stage IV lung cancer. But in helping myself, I’ve inadvertently started helping and giving hope to others too! Wow! God really does work in mysterious ways. So here I am today in one of my favorite spots, Washington Square Park. It was such a beautiful day today. I rode my bike from South Ozone Park all the way to the Village. A little less than 25 miles should not an any shape, form or fashion be taken for granted. But this is a light day for me. God has given me the mindset of strength and determination! He has me to the point whereas I know I will not now or ever give up! My existence has evolved into something great and mind boggling! I refuse to take my life for granted anymore! The season is finally changing and I intend to enjoy my days! Even though life itself is impersonal, I will always look towards the beauty it entails! So should you! Peace and blessings!
