Each of us have crosses that we bare in our lives! Most people bare their cross in silence. I used to be the same way. But basically, for all intents and purposes, my life as it was… ended! Since my diagnosis back in 2015 things for me have changed dramatically. I perceive differently now. The veil is lifted and I know how to be happy! Who would’ve ever thought that a diagnosis of stage IV lung cancer could actually become the start of something great! Well, it’s great for me because I’ve found peace and beauty in this crazy world of today! My level of stress is nonexistent. I can see beauty each and every second of each and every day! My living situation is still somewhat chaotic but it never damages my peace. All this comes from my belief and faith in the Creator! It really is amazing how far faith can take you! I just finished watching the free opera concert in Central Park and am about to ride back out to Queens. So far I have done 18 miles! I am truly blessed to be able to do the things I do! Thank you Jesus! Keep in belief and faith and you too will be amazed at the peace and happiness surrounding you! Peace and blessings!
