Haven’t posted anything lately. I’ve been busy this summer hanging out with my new friend, Julia. She is from Taipei. Since we met back in July, we’ve hardly missed a beat. And since she’s a tourist here we’ve been doing things that tourist do… Museums, Shakespeare in the Park, comedy shows, kayaking, sightseeing and so on. Being with her has shown me a lot about my own city! Wow! She will be leaving soon and we plan to see each other again next year. (God willing) Although I didn’t play much basketball and rode my bike less this has been my best summer in a very long time! I will truly miss my beautiful new friend, she is amazing. She’s opened my eyes to so many things about life and living it fully. We tell ourselves that our paths were always meant to cross. I want to thank my friend for the fun and beautiful memories we had together! I will never forget her! Peace and blessings!
