Though this life is fleeting
And this I understand,
Now I come to realize
That I am just a man.
Now in the throes of war,
I battle every day.
Since Jesus is my partner,
Cancer holds no sway.
I’m deep within the valley,
This war goes on and on.
I’ll keep this battle going
Until my days are done!
However, overall, my life’s a dream
so much beauty everyday.
I’m blessed to witness the sunrise,
And give thanks along the way!
