Well, well, well… I finally wrangled this beast into submission! After years of dreaming, doubting, and doing, the process of formatting and editing my manuscript is officially complete. What once felt impossible, just a distant, defiant whisper in my soul—has now taken shape, standing tall and ready for the world to see.
My first book, CANCER’S GIFT: CONVERSATIONS OF A WALKING DEAD MAN, will be available for purchase on Amazon this week! This collection of poems and reflections was born from the fire, forged in the battles I have fought since my stage 4 lung cancer diagnosis in 2015 and my second round with stage 4 mantle cell lymphoma in 2020.
Through every valley, every shadow, every moment where I was not sure I would see another sunrise, my faith never wavered. Jesus has carried me, step by step, breath by breath, leading me through the storm and into freedom.
Now, my words, my truth—are out in the world, and I pray they serve as a light, a testimony, and a reminder that even in the darkest places, grace abounds.
