because of my bike accident three weeks ago i have been mostly in the house! this is torture for me as i am always out and about on my bike. be that as it may, life goes on! i am already doing some light rowing and my physical therapy sessions started last week. when i look back at the actual accident, i came to the conclusion that it was my fault! i am not used to riding on a bicycle that coasts. as a matter of fact, the last bike i owned that coasted was when i was 16 so when i was coming down a couple of blocks on a slight decline, i didn\u2019t realize how much speed i was picking up! next thing i knew\u2026 wham, a homer! i ran right into a guy running across the street without him paying any attention whatsoever of his surroundings! he got up and walked away like nothing happened while i was gathering my bearings. after i checked my bike for damage i realized that i was damaged! hahaha! embarrassing! now i know i must get comfortable riding my new bike so that i don\u2019t have any problems! and running into someone is definitely a problem! on another note, i am about to self publish my book on poetry and i am pretty excited about it! its been a long time coming! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
