another birthday… another year! and therefore another milestone! you see, if i had believed what the doctors were saying at the time of my first diagnosis, trust me… i’d be long gone! 6 to 11 months was all the time i “supposedly” had left! now, going into my ninth year diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and my fourth diagnosed with mantle cell lymphoma, hey… life is good! first and foremost i give my thanks to the Almighty for keeping and healing me! over these years i have learned where my true blessings come from! from having to deal with being a nomad(12 addresses in 6 years!)while navigating the turbulent seas\u00a0\u00a0of cancer treatment! and now to all of my friends and family that i feel so extremely privileged to have in my life… thanks from my whole heart for all the birthday wishes! i will continue to share my battle so that maybe… just maybe someone somewhere could be inspired to know that cancer is not an end but a beginning!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
