February 2, 2020 \u2014 3:03 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The further back memories go,
the more ethereal they become.
Names of childhood friends remain unchanged,
but now the faces are of ghosts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We remember that our paths once crossed,
but forget the participants along the way.
So now we shed tears for memories lost,
and cry, \u201cLo!\u201d to our former youth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We can never go back to innocence,
only forever will it take.
Live life as each day blooms,
for yesterday has no consciousness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stay focused and resolute
in these end of days,
keep faith in God,
for tomorrow is a gift
that might go unopened!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
