I\u2019m sitting here in Kings Park on Jamaica Av thinking that maybe\u00a0this<\/em> time Spring is finally here to stay! (Still wearing long sleeves just in case) Anyway, I started to ride to Manhattan but changed my mind and decided to stay local. Right now I\u2019m looking around and experiencing the magnificence of God! The sun on the back of my neck. The smell of flowers and freshly cut grass wafting to and fro around my nose. The trees blooming. You can hear joy and laughter as children play. \u00a0Insects are buzzing by. To be able to experience these things may not seem important to people with clean bills of health but to people like us (diagnosed with cancer) these little things are\u00a0extremely\u00a0<\/em>important. Each and every new season, each and every new day is a beautiful blessing \u00a0for people living with cancer. I\u2019m sitting here with tears welling up now because life is so very\u00a0beautiful!<\/em>\u00a0I am humbled by life!\u00a0<\/em>My thankfulness to God has\u00a0no<\/em><\/strong> bounds! It seems to me now that I will<\/em>\u00a0see another summer! Thank you Jesus! Peace and blessings!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
