my site was down for a while but I finally got it back! been doing a lot of riding since then, mostly the bike path on the henry hudson! i like it because i take it from the world trade center all the way up to harlem! the only traffic to worry about is the people and other bikes! as a matter of fact, i did 3 days in manhattan over 30 miles! i even met my friend up in harlem for lunch! for some reason i love riding in warm weather! so my chiropractor explained to me that my shoulder has a acromioclavicular separation! ???… that’s what my face looked like when he said it! anyway, it still hurts but not so bad! as long as it doesn’t hurt when i ride. as far as my health is concerned, it’s going on 8 years since my stage 4 lung cancer and 3 years since my mantle cell lymphoma! i haven’t had any treatment for the lung cancer since september 2019! and as of this writing i am still in a clinical trial treatment for the mantle cell lymphoma. it’s down to 1 pill a day from 5 pills a day! my only concern with this is it actually acts like a blood thinner. so every little bump or bruise comes with the thought… “damn, that’s gonna leave a mark!” i really don’t have any side effects from this protocol which is cool so i have to be careful while riding. so that’s about it for me now and hopefully i will post again soon! it actually feels good to be back!
peace and blessings!
