amorphous shadows always show
the texture of the innocent children playing
no longer unconscious of the nature of man
but our children don’t require just
thoughts and prayers from the powers that be
the fear for our future is palpable
the handwriting is becoming
more and more legible for us to read!
when money becomes more valuable
than life itself something is wrong
with that society!
when you have the power to change things
and you won’t because you’re afraid
to lose that cash
somewhere something stinks!
when happiness depends upon
the number of likes
it shows something just ain’t right these days…
